Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Returns & Refunds

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are materially different from the product description
  • Items affected by a fulfillment error

Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds

  • Items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or improperly handled
  • Items returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or no longer needing the item
  • Orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return or refund has been approved.

In some cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund without requiring a return
  • A return with prepaid return instructions, if inspection is required

For confirmed defective or damaged items, Avorone will cover the return shipping cost where a return is required.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval or after the returned item is received and inspected, where applicable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Order modification requests, including shipping address changes, must be submitted within 8 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after an order is placed may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
  • Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Requests are handled based on the order status at the time we receive them.
